Pellicano Surf N Play Aqua Park

Pellicano Group is developing Surf N Play Aqua Park, a landmark indoor-outdoor water park in Dingley Village, Melbourne. Designed as a year-round destination for families and visitors of all ages, the park will combine high-energy water attractions with premium guest amenities. To support the planning and investment process, a comprehensive business feasibility study was required to assess the attraction’s commercial viability.

Pico Play was commissioned to support the project through multiple phases of feasibility and strategic planning. Initially, a preliminary business case and market feasibility study was undertaken in 2020 to assess the commercial potential of the concept, validate visitor demand, and provide early-stage planning inputs. The updated 2023 feasibility review reflected design evolution, post-COVID market conditions, and cost and technology developments.
