Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination & Interface Management

Coordinate between Design, Site, Procurement, and Factory teams to ensure full alignment of deliverables
Review drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure constructability and coordination
Track design development, approvals, and revisions across all disciplines
Ensure design intent is clearly communicated and maintained during execution
Facilitate design coordination workshops and interface meetings

Design–Procurement–Construction Integration

Ensure alignment between design outputs and procurement packages
Coordinate material submittals, samples, and technical approvals with Design and Procurement teams
Track long-lead items and ensure design is frozen in line with procurement timelines
Support resolution of design-related procurement issues

Site & Design Alignment

Ensure site execution is fully aligned with approved drawings and specifications
Capture site-driven design issues and coordinate timely resolution with the Design team
Monitor and flag any construction works proceeding without approved design or documentation
Support coordination between subcontractors and design disciplines

Documentation & Submittals Management

Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and approvals across all disciplines
Ensure all design changes, comments, and rejections are properly recorded and communicated
Maintain document control and traceability through systems such as Aconex

Planning & Progress Coordination

Coordinate with Planning to ensure design deliverables align with construction schedules
Track design approvals against project milestones
Support progress reporting with focus on design and coordination status

Commercial & Change Management

Support evaluation and coordination of Variation Orders (VOs) related to design changes
Ensure all stakeholders understand scope changes and their impact on cost and schedule
Assist in gathering technical inputs for claims and EOT submissions

Risk & Coordination Control

Identify design clashes, coordination gaps, and constructability risks early
Escalate critical interface issues between departments
Ensure closure of coordination actions across Design, Site, and Procurement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (preferred)
3–7 years of experience in construction, design coordination, or project delivery
Strong exposure to design management, shop drawings, and technical submittals
Experience in fast-track or large-scale projects is highly preferred
Strong understanding of design → procurement → construction workflow
Familiar with tools such as Aconex, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit (preferred), Excel

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting

Monitor and manage customer and supplier debts.
Coordinate in reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices and supporting documents.
Record accounting operations into Epicor (purchases, revenue, expense, salaries, bank, etc.).
Process monthly payments for salaries, insurance, taxes, and other employee-related expenses.
Record bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations (payroll acc & USD)
Declare VAT, PIT, FCWT, and social insurance, and register employee dependents monthly
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, tax authorities, social insurance offices, and immigration departments.
Perform accounting control for selected accounts and reconcile intermediary accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare Finance report as requirement

Payroll (50%)

Responsible for the monthly payroll and to take ultimate responsibility to ensure accurate and timely payment
Responsible for the issuance of all letters with regards to change of salary, i.e. increment, promotion, etc
Manage mandatory government contributions and personal income tax submission formalities / compliances

Recruitment & Admin Support (50%)

Take charge/ Support recruitment such as arranging interviews, job placements ads, onboarding and offboarding formalities
Prepare employment letters and to keep track of employee life cycle
Ensure staff personal file are filed up-to-date
Responsible for the headcount report on a monthly basis.
Assist with the updating the company and department organization chart whenever there is a change.
Manage the application of all work pass as appropriate
Take ultimate responsibility to ensure all new employee formalities such as work station, pc, medical, insurance, , etc. are completed within stipulated timelines
Ensure open communication regarding work-related matters.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks and backup as required from time to time

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer (Steel + Concrete) with strong BIM expertise and a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering for both steel and reinforced-concrete projects. The ideal candidate has advanced Revit capabilities and experience integrating structural analysis with BIM workflows for complex, themed, or conventional structures.

Key Responsibilities

1. BIM Modeling & Documentation

Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models for reinforced concrete and steel structures using Revit.
Model structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, foundations, steel framing, reinforcements, and connections.
Produce accurate 2D drawings, GA plans, sections, details, and reinforcement/shop drawings generated from BIM models.
Coordinate models with Architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free integration.

2. Structural Detailing & Analysis Integration

Collaborate with structural engineers to reflect accurate analysis outputs in BIM models.
Integrate analysis models from ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Robot, and similar tools.
Model steel connections, base plates, anchor bolts, welds, and full rebar detailing including bending schedules.
Ensure detailing aligns with codes, specifications, and project standards.

3. Clash Detection & Coordination

Perform clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 Coordinate.
Participate in coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary issues.
Update structural models based on agreed actions and resolutions.

4. Compliance & Standards

Ensure all modeling and documentation comply with local building codes, project requirements, and ISO 19650 BIM standards.
Follow internal BIM protocols for LOD, naming conventions, and documentation accuracy.
Maintain revision logs and version control procedures.

5. Quantity Take-Off & BOQ Support

Extract accurate quantities (concrete volumes, steel tonnage, rebar weights) from BIM models.
Support QS/Estimation teams in preparing BOQs and verifying quantities.

System Design & Planning: Lead the design, 3D modelling and documentation of comprehensive AV systems for themed attractions, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems to create immersive guest experiences.
Thematic Integration: To understand and navigate 3D models (Navis Works) collaborate with creative teams to ensure all AV elements align with the project's theme and narrative.
Video & Visuals: Design and integrate dynamic video displays, projections, and LED installations for storytelling and interactive elements.
Control & Automation: Create seamless integration and automation of all AV components, including developing custom control system user interfaces and ensuring flawless show control.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in AV Engineering, AV Systems Architecture, Multimedia Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AV system integration, exhibitions, museums, galleries, digital installations, interactive experiences, themed attractions or similar environments.
Strong ability to prepare and interpret AV block diagrams, line diagrams, logic diagrams, network schematics, 3D models and system architecture documentation.
Hands-on experience with AV equipment, control systems, network infrastructure, and multimedia playback systems.
Proficient in AV project management methodologies, with proven track record of delivering complex and multidisciplinary projects.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
