This recruitment drive supports Pico Play’s strategy to grow its creative, technical and operational teams, bringing together more fun-makers to deliver world-class entertainment projects across Asia and the Middle East.

A cornerstone of this growth is the company's new hub in the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur - rapidly emerging as a regional centre for design, project management and commercial operations.

The Kuala Lumpur office will serve as a hub for Southeast Asia, fostering closer collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Open positions include an Assistant Finance Manager, supporting financial operations and a Contracts Manager, ensuring commercial governance and risk management across the company’s expanding portfolio.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, recruitment focuses on technical and operational roles such as Accountant/Senior Accountant, AV Technician, MEP Engineer and Lighting Electrician.

These hires are critical to supporting Pico Play’s growing Middle East presence, where substantial investment in attractions continues to drive demand.

In Egypt, a Senior Structural Engineer (Steel + Concrete) will support complex builds, while Johor, Malaysia is recruiting a Joinery Technician to strengthen fabrication capabilities. In Vietnam, a QC Onsite Engineer is required to maintain the high-quality standards Pico Play is known for.

Pico Play is also seeking 'brilliant creative Fun-Makers' to join its design teams, particularly in senior leadership roles.

The Senior Art Director in Saudi Arabia will guide the creative vision and lead multidisciplinary teams to transform concepts into culturally relevant, immersive experiences. Similarly, the Art Director role in Johor will support the Fabrication Facility, collaborating closely with design and production teams to bring projects to life.
